Terms of Service

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• Ensuring your connected services (e.g., Google Calendar) remain secure.

We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

When using our AI-powered features, you additionally agree not to:

• Input content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful or inappropriate content.
• Use AI outputs for any unlawful purpose.
• Rely solely on AI scheduling recommendations for critical decisions without human review.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and the selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Devoted, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Devoted name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Devoted. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the Services or any content.
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our consent.
• Create derivative works based on the Services.
• Transfer or sublicense your rights to any third party.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display through the Services (“User Content”), including tasks, descriptions, and preferences. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• Your User Content is accurate and not misleading.

We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible or liable for any User Content or third-party content accessed through the Services.

The Services integrate with third-party calendar services, including Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties.

We use third-party AI services to power our intelligent scheduling features. While we carefully select our providers and implement appropriate safeguards, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those resources.

Devoted offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free users have access to basic features, while premium subscribers receive additional features and capabilities as described on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change prices, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's terms and conditions. Payment processing and refund requests are handled by the respective app store.

Our AI scheduling features are designed to assist you but should not be relied upon as your sole decision-making tool. AI recommendations may not account for all factors relevant to your scheduling needs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all scheduled events before they affect your calendar.

While we strive to maintain accurate synchronization with your connected calendars, we cannot guarantee that all events will be accurately reflected or that there will be no scheduling conflicts. You should regularly verify your calendar to ensure accuracy.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app settings or by contacting us at support@devoted.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. We reserve the right to:

• Remove or disable content that violates these Terms.
• Suspend accounts engaging in suspicious or abusive activity.
• Terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.
• Discontinue the Services entirely with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will terminate, and you must cease all use of the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class actions against Devoted.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
